What is your return policy?

For DVD purchases: If within 60 days you are not satisfied with your recent purchase for any reason, you can return the merchandise for a full refund less shipping and handling. See our special 110% money back guarantee on DVD purchases.

For All other products: The merchandise must be in re-saleable, and new condition, and is subject to a 18% restocking fee and the product must be shipped in it’s original packaging (bottle, plastic packaging, etc). You can contact us with email at evan@kristenlock.com.
How will my purchase be shipped?

Most items are normally shipped the same business day for orders placed before 4PM EST, paid with credit card without complication and except Mondays. Exceptions to this policy are downloadable items that are specifically designated as “delivered via valid email address ” in the item descriptions and drop shipped items. Payment complications include: different shipping and billing addresses, billing information inconsistent with what’s on the credit card record, and orders that can’t be verified by phone. Orders placed during non-business hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays are normally processed and shipped on the next business day except Mondays.

KristenLock.com offers the best valued shipping method to suit our customer’s needs. We currently ship by UPS Ground for a majority of shipments, KristenLock.com does drop shipping and may in some instances use alternative shipping methods.

The most inexpensive way to ship is by UPS Ground. UPS shipping charges are calculated in real time with UPS’s web site, using actual weight of items, shipping distance from Durham, North Carolina, and the published UPS rates. We currently offer a flat shipping cost of $5, for DVD orders only. Orders containing DVD’s and or hair care products are charged a flat rate ranging between $5 – $10. $5 for items totaling less than $50 and $10 for orders of $50 or more.

What payment options are available?

We currently accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and Paypal. Customers wishing to order via the phone can call 310.869.4757, there is a $3 processing fee for phone orders.

Will my personal information be passed on to third parties?

No. We assure that your personal information will never be sold to third parties, or rented, unless we have received your authorization to do so or are legally obligated to forward such information. From time to time we will send out invitations for product testings and samples. If you decide to participate we will send further instructions, but only to those that have expressed a desire to be contacted for such events.

Is it safe to order online?
